Upon arrival at the property, you can enter the access code that will unlock the condominium door. Up to 3 vehicles are allowed per reservation at no cost. You must park in the direction of the traffic. You must park at least 10 feet away from the fire hydrant.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to next day. Gate available 24 hours to check in.

Check-out from 10:00 to 10:30

Standard Rate

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Guests must pay 30% of the total price up to 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no-show, the guests will be charged the total price of the reservation. In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Not refundable Rate

The guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price after booking. We can collect this prepayment from the guest any time.

Policies for children:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Cribs, subject to availability and prior notice.
• Pets Allowed - $100 per pet. This amount must be paid directly at the property.

Rules subject to fines of USD 100 in case of non-compliance:

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
